Skating
on Wetherby Ings
This
was taken a few years ago, when after the river Wharfe had burst
it's banks at Wetherby, there was a sudden spell of very cold
weather, which turned the Ings into an ice rink.
This was originally a colour transparency, from which I made a
negative on lith film, and printed on normal monochrome paper.
The colour was added in Photoshop. See the Landscapes
section for the original version of this shot.
